How it works

DocBox is a mail digitisation service, essentially.


  • collect your post
  • scan and upload it to the cloud / email to you
  • shred OR
  • send to you by courier (you tell us what you’d prefer).

In a little more detail: you arrange for you post to be sent to the DocBox post box. We pick it up once a week. It is then opened, scanned and uploaded to the cloud, or emailed to you. Mail you don’t want is shredded, and the rest is delivered to your door once a month. You can also opt to store your post at our offices for up to a year.
