Can I pick up my post at your offices?”

Absolutely! Our offices are based in Bellville, South Africa. Contact us for directions.

Can you email my scans?

Yes, the Standard and Premium packages make provision for monthly email notification of post received. Just let us know you’d like to receive your scanned post via email and it’s done!

Can I have post scanned immediately?

Post will normally be scanned once a month. If you’re expecting an important document, notify us to keep an eye out for it and we’ll send it through the moment it arrives. It will incur an extra charge, just make sure with us before that.

How do I sign up?

Go to our sign up page and fill out the online form.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No, we’re happy to work on a month-to-month basis with you.

How do I close my DocBox account?

Provide us with a month’s notice and a forwarding address should any post arrive for you after you no longer require our services.

What do you do with post that comes to a closed account?

We will do our best to contact you to make arrangements for you to change your address, and for us to forward your post. However, should we not be able to get hold of you through reasonable means after 14 days, post will be returned to sender.
